Jeff Shipley, founder of Jeff Shipley Enterprises (JSE, Inc.) - Operating Principle

 Shipley currently owns 15 local companies spanning throughout ND and into several communities in MN, and continues to be expanding. These include Keller Williams Inspire Realty with offices throughout ND, Keller Williams Realty Professionals with offices throughout MN Lakes contry, Regency Title, Forward Mortgage, and Spire Custom Homes. He also owns the FM Real Estate Team, currently ranked in the Top 3% of production of all KW teams worldwide. Supporting companies include a training and development company, commercial building, land and real estate investments holding companies. 

The JSE family of companies exists to create opportunities for people to build their biggest life possible. The companies pride themselves on investing in their people. “It’s not about what you get... it’s about who you become. That is the real reward.” Shipley says.  Shipley accepted the award saying he takes no credit. “It’s all about the talented people I surround myself with... I find them, share the vision and get out of their way!”

Shipley also added, “my grandma taught me to always lay your head on your pillow at night knowing you did your best that day and to never lose your word- and that’s what we’ve built these companies on. It’s always about the people- I can’t stress that enough. They have become family.”
