Jeff Shipley, founder of Jeff Shipley Enterprises (JSE, Inc.) - Operating Principle
Shipley currently owns 15 local companies spanning throughout ND and into several communities in MN, and continues to be expanding. These include Keller Williams Inspire Realty with offices throughout ND, Keller Williams Realty Professionals with offices throughout MN Lakes contry, Regency Title, Forward Mortgage, and Spire Custom Homes. He also owns the FM Real Estate Team, currently ranked in the Top 3% of production of all KW teams worldwide. Supporting companies include a training and development company, commercial building, land and real estate investments holding companies.
The JSE family of companies exists to create opportunities for people to build their biggest life possible. The companies pride themselves on investing in their people. “It’s not about what you get... it’s about who you become. That is the real reward.” Shipley says. Shipley accepted the award saying he takes no credit. “It’s all about the talented people I surround myself with... I find them, share the vision and get out of their way!”
Shipley also added, “my grandma taught me to always lay your head on your pillow at night knowing you did your best that day and to never lose your word- and that’s what we’ve built these companies on. It’s always about the people- I can’t stress that enough. They have become family.”
ethel malay, team leader
Ethel is fairly new to the Greater Lakes area, yet says she already loves it. Before moving here she was in Missouri, and has lived all over the United States through the military. She is a US Army Veteran with extensive experience in Finance, Marketing and a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. On top of this she had her Real Estate License in MO and is very familiar with the real estate industry.
She enjoys traveling, outdoor adventure, and making memories with her 2 teenage sons.
She still volunteers for the US Army supporting families in the middle of deployments and PCS support, as it is fulfilling for her and a much needed service.
She brings her passion for success to the Market Center to serve our agents by building on our culture, tools, and encouraging growth of Market Center through the growth of our agent’s businesses and the attraction of new agents to our brokerage.
Amber Vold - Market Center ADMINISTRATOR
Amber started as the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Realty Professionals in May of 2023. She graduated with a degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University. She lives in Crosby, MN and moved there in October of 2020. She loves the Brainerd Lakes area and the variety of things to do around here.
In her free time, Amber likes to play volleyball, exercise, read, visit the local breweries, and be outside. She also loves to mountain bike which makes Crosby the perfect area to live in.
Amber is committed to supporting the agents and their businesses in whatever way she can. She loves having the opportunity to help people.
David Grell - Broker
David joined Keller Williams Realty Professionals in November of 2022 and became broker in March of 2023. David has been in the real estate industry for 17 years and comes with tons of knowledge.
In his free time, David enjoys clay target shooting, which includes coaching the Pillager high school team. He also loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family!
David is committed to assisting and supporting the agents in any way he can. He loves the real estate industry and the opportunities it provides.
